Starting June 15, our Encino campus opens its doors to children from toddler age through elementary school for a summer packed with experiences that make memories and build skills at the same time.
Here's what makes camp at Child's World Encino different:
A real pool, on site. Our pool is staffed with lifeguards and certified swim instructors, and we offer private swim lessons for children ages two and up. Learning to swim is one of the most important skills a young child can develop, and doing it in a familiar, trusted environment makes all the difference.
Field trips. We get out into the world. Field trips throughout the summer give children the chance to explore, experience, and bring their learning to life beyond the classroom walls.
Entertainers and special visitors. We bring the magic to campus, from performers to special guests who spark imagination and wonder.
Themed weekly activities. Every week has its own theme, and every theme comes with messy play, cooking, arts and crafts, science experiments, and all the hands-on fun that young children thrive on.
Community that spans ages. Because camp is open to the community through elementary school age, children have the chance to build friendships across age groups. Younger children look up to older campers. Older kids step into leadership. It is a dynamic that you simply don't find everywhere.
And for our alumni: this is where many of our graduates come back every summer. They know the teachers, they know the campus, and they walk in on day one with confidence and joy.
Summer at Child's World Encino is joyful, safe, stimulating, and full of the warmth that families have trusted for over thirty years. We would love for your child to be part of it.
