Preschool
At Child’s World School, preschool is the beginning of a lifelong love for learning. A Joyful Launch into Lifelong Learning
Preschool at Child’s World School is where curiosity is celebrated, confidence is nurtured, and learning takes off. Our program for two- to four-year-olds blends hands-on play with purposeful academics. Each month features engaging themes that spark imagination and connect across subjects, helping children make sense of the world while having fun.
From early math and literacy to music, science, and art, our preschoolers explore it all in a structured, yet playful environment that supports every child's individual style and pace.
Two-Year-Olds:
Learning Through Play
Two-year-olds learn best when they’re having fun, so we fill their days with joyful, hands-on experiences. In our welcoming classrooms, children explore art, music, sensory activities, science, and imaginative play - indoors and out.
We help children begin to:

Play cooperatively and express emotions

Follow simple routines and instructions

Build independence with toilet training and self-care

Recognize letters, numbers, colors, and shapes
Motor development is a big focus too. Children strengthen their large muscles through climbing, jumping, and riding - and their small muscles through painting, pinching, and early pencil grip work that lays the foundation for writing.
Three-Year-Olds:
Confidence in Motion
At three, children are ready to expand their thinking and stretch their imaginations. Our three-year-old program encourages curiosity and creativity through projects that combine movement, language, science, and social skills.
Here, children:

Dive into collaborative group play and conversations

Begin our writing curriculum, Handwriting Without Tears
We continue to strengthen emotional growth - supporting children in expressing their needs, understanding their feelings, and solving problems with friends.
Four-Year-Olds:
Ready to Take Off
Our Pre-K (four-year-old) program prepares children academically, socially, and emotionally for Kindergarten - and beyond. It’s a joyful space that builds independence and encourages a love of learning.
In this classroom, children:
