This week at Child's World Encino, our campers put on their thinking caps and spent their days Discovering STEM, with science and building projects designed for every age group.
Our infants and toddlers started the week with a colorful tie dye project, then joined Teacher Paulie for music on Tuesday. Wednesday brought a Construction Destruction sensory bin full of hands on exploring, and Thursday's cooking project had our littlest campers making their own jello. The week ended with a visit from Professor Egghead.
Our twos and threes met Ricky the Rock for a science activity on Monday, then headed to music with Teacher Paulie. Wednesday's Icy Dinosaur Egg Excavation had our campers digging for hidden treasures, and Thursday's cooking project turned into a Pretzel Dome creation. The week wrapped up with the same visit from Professor Egghead.
Our Big Kid Campers built straw airplanes on Monday, joined music with Teacher Paulie, and took on a STEM building challenge on Wednesday. Thursday's cooking project turned marshmallows into stem creations, and the week closed out with Professor Egghead joining the fun.
From dinosaur eggs to straw airplanes, our campers spent the week thinking like scientists, and we cannot wait to see what they build next.
