Professional Development Conference

On September 19, Child’s World School Encino closed for a full-day Professional Development Conference. This day was designed to support the growth and well-being of our dedicated teachers.

Our team participated in interactive workshops, hands-on sessions, and wellness activities that focused on:

• Infant & Toddler engagement through play

• Breathwork and mindfulness in the classroom

• Early intervention strategies

• Teaching executive functioning skills

• Supporting parents with boundary-setting at home

• Financial planning for teachers

Every teacher chose sessions that match their classroom role and interests, giving them tools they can use right away.

The day also included a key session on regulatory updates, ensuring we continue to meet the highest standards in safety and care.
